Townesingers

The Townesingers, our intermediate group, is comprised of choristers who have successfully completed the Training Chorus and have demonstrated individual skills as a vocalist and musician.

The Townesingers rehearse twice each week on Mondays and Wednesdays. They continue musicianship skills, with an emphasis on musical singing and the artistic expression of the music and text. In addition to the Holiday Concert at the University of Arizona Centennial Hall in December and the Pops Concert on Sunday, May 6 at the Tucson Convention Center Music Hall, they sing for various local organizations and events, as well as represent the Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus in the annual Tucson Rodeo Parade, scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2006.
